Conditions générales

A confirmation of registration will be sent to the applicant upon receipt of the student’s application and payment of the initial course fee of 50 Euro.
The initial course fee must be paid no later than two weeks before the start of the course and the remainder must be paid no later than 2 days after the course has begun.
Course fees must be paid in full in cases where an individual registers but does not arrive or where a student does not participate for the full duration of the course.
Instruction is not given at the Sprachenatelier Berlin on weekends and official holidays.
In order for applicants to receive a refund of their registration payment, the Sprachenatelier requires a written cancellation which must arrive no later than 10 days before the start of the course. Refunds are subject to a 30 Euro processing fee.
Applicants whose cancellation notification arrives later than 10 days before the start of the course will not receive a refund.
Refunds are not given for class absences.
Students who withdraw from a course will not be refunded their course fees. Any fees unpaid upon withdrawal must be paid in full.
By registering at the Sprachenatelier Berlin the applicant acknowledges that he or she will comply with the school’s rules and regulations.
Course participants are responsible for any damages they may cause. The Sprachenatelier Berlin does not assume responsibility for any losses or damages to person and/or property.
The Sprachenatelier Berlin strongly recommends that course participants have health and liability insurance during their stay in Berlin.
In registering, the course participant is consenting to have his or her electronic data saved for administration purposes. Applicant information is used exclusively for administration purposes and will not be revealed to any third parties.
Accepted students are obligated to the specific conditions laid out in the course registration form.
